Numari is a personal finance tracker for iPhone and Android that keeps every transaction on the user's device — no accounts, no cloud, no trackers, by design. Transactions go in by pasting text (a receipt, a bank SMS, a statement excerpt), by photographing a receipt for on-device text recognition, or by importing a PDF or CSV statement; every detected row waits in a review queue before it enters the ledger. It also supports exchange CSV imports, with optional reference-rate conversion, detects subscriptions and unusual spending, and presents analytics like a spending heatmap and top merchants. The app ships in ten languages including right-to-left Arabic, and its first release is free, with no subscription or in-app purchases. Tagline: "Your money. Your phone. Nowhere else."
